How XADO Works...



XADO, (pronounced Ha Doe), Repairs, Protects and Strengthens Metal Surfaces.  XADO uses a patented nano-particle technology– a process takes place at atomic levels – to create the
cermet coating on your internal mechanical parts.

XADO contains our patented Revitalizant (a silicate-based cermet building material and a unique magnesium-based energy activator) which uses the heat of excess friction energy to create a new surface.

XADO Repairs

    • XADO Revitalizant uses oil or grease as a delivery system to seek out damaged or worn out surfaces in a mechanism and interlaces with the metal structure to becomes part of the contact area.
    • Once delivered, XADO removes gunk and grime – any non-metallic matter–that is built up on the friction surfaces. 
    • As the metal surface is cleaned, a reaction occurs with any surrounding metallic particles present. XADO chemically re-bonds and incorporates these particles back into to the main metallic structure.

 XADO Protects

    • As it repairs, the XADO revitalizant also forms a protective coating on the high friction contact surfaces.
    • XADO contains no PTFE's. The XADO coating is an amalgamation of ceramic and metal and is termedCermet (short for Ceramic-Metal). 
    • The original metal-to-metal friction pair is now replaced by a cermet-to-cermet layer that not only fills the gaps in the worn out surface, but also creates a protective coating on the surface.
    • XADO is self-regulating so it will not build up. Once the contact surfaces are restored and protected, the friction is reduced. Without the heat from high friction zones, the Revitalizant will not activate for continued growth.

XADO Strengthens

    • The new cermet-to-cermet coating not only restores metal surface and protects moving parts , it strengthens the molecular structure of the surface metal. 
    • XADO's nano-particles penetrate 10-30 microns deep into the metal surface.
    • The new cermet has a micro hardness factor of 650-750 kg/mm2 (compared to 65-280 kg/mm2 of the surface prior to treatment) – that’s at least 3 x as hard! 
    • XADO's cermet surface is stronger than ceramics. They will not flake or crack.

    XADO uses the metals found it the motor oil as the building blocks to
    form the cermet coating.
